Our principle consultant Jon Tattersall is an Information Technology and business leader with over 25 years experience of digital transformation, change management, IT department and programme leadership. A proven track record of defining and delivering business and IT strategies, improving operational efficiency and driving digital engagement with customers. Expert at mapping product or business roadmaps to technology strategy and articulation of complex issues to executives. Engaging at both a strategic board level yet able to become hands on when needed.

Focussing on flexible, transparent and cost-effective ways to obtain corporate level IT advice without the burden of expensive consulting engagements, traditional long-term interim contracts or expensive CIOs.
We offer services from simple one week, fixed cost assurance exercises in areas such as Information Security and IT Service Delivery to IT Strategy and Digital Transformation advice to short, fixed term engagements. All backed with the ability to call on us on a part time basis, as an NED or even just for a few days a year to check how your IT & Digital Strategies are progressing.
